"You Think I Could Make It In The Biz?"
--The Yankees are on the rise. After A-Rod hit that show in the top of the ninth the other night I told Dan the winds were changing. That was just an indication of things to come. Slowly but surely watch out for the Yankees to climb up the ranks and move into first place in the ever so competitve AL East. I hope anyways, I don't want to macromate myself a pair of jorts and wear them to school.
--Shane, Tom, Nathan, Christine, Alysia and myself are the new varsity club. As so we are already looking towards the future and are curious what kind of float ideas that people would be interested in. Please comment on something that you would like to see (Tom, we're not doing porn stars from different generations).
--John LagzZz showed me his graduation stuff today and it hit me emotionally that in a few months I am not going to be able to hang out with him anymore. Over the course of the last several months (pretty much since Turkey Shoot night) I have hung out with this kid a lot. For awhile I was pretty sure he was my heterosexual lifemates. For those of you who think we're gay, we're not. We hold mad hands yooo. But seriously that's going to be a tough transition for me. We'll save that goodbye for another day.
--The latest edition of the Oracle is coming out soon. Look for it during your lunches and things of that nature. If anything, Eugene or I will bust down your english class' door and distribute them to who wants the greatest student made newspaper ever (at Eastridge). This edition is far more serious as Eugene and I were forced into putting lame ass stories on our pages. Believe me, it was twice as disapointing for us as it will be for you.
--The Broncos signed big man Sam Adams. I love the signing and I honestly believe that the Broncos are amongst the top four or five teams in the league right now. Clearly their offseason focus has been on the defensive line, and I hope this works out. Causing pressure on quarterbacks causes them to make quick decisions. And with corners like Champ and Dre, quick decisions are never a good time.
--Schools coming to a close, and that means that summer is on the horizon. With summer comes good times. I have a bunch of shit to do this summer (wiffle ball, mini lax, hang out, lay my mack down, etc). As for football, I don't think ending my summer a month early to play scout team quarterback is a good idea. Take this as the first time I've said it publically. I'm not playing football yo.
--It's my birthday today and after seventeen long uneventful years, I have come to the conclusion that I am yet to seriously (if at all) contribute to society. I mean, Dan is twenty-one and is still absent from any textbooks. If I don't get in one in the next four years I might do something drastic. But now it's time to get deep for a moment.....When it's all said and done, and life is over. Would you rather look back and say I had fun and not be remembered for anything, or would you rather be well-known and had to work your ass off along the way?
Yeah, I know, that's way too deep for our blogs.
--Speaking of which, all of our friends have blogs now. I can't decide if this a good thing or not. I mean I love to read what you guys write because we are all generally alike in most ways, but it's twice as frustrating now that there are so many blogs and we still don't update that often. Big news though, Tom Lohmaier has a blog. We're just yet to see if he's ever going to write in it.
--The final episode of the Sopranos is coming up this Sunday. I can't remember being more excited for a TV show in my entire life. Last week with twenty minutes left I looked at my dad and said "Things are about to get crazy." He shook his head no and replied, "No, next week." Low and behold, the next twelve minutes featured two of the most loved, most influential characters in the show die. Well Bobby died, and Sil is a fucking vegetable. I loved the way Bobby died with the trains and everything. I don't know jack shit about cinemotography, but whoever shot that scene sure as hell does. As for next week, I have no idea what's going to happen. If Tony dies, then there really is no coming back this time. If Tony kills Phil Leotardo and goes to jail, then they can fast forward a few years and have him get out or something. Needless to say, this Sunday's episode is going to be one of the most highly anticipated TV shows of the decade.
--It's hump day. hawr
--Eugene pointed out that the Devil Rays hold the number one overall pick in this years baseball amateur draft. This is somewhat startling to me because Eugene did some research and Kansas City has had the worst record for the last two seasons. Is there a lottery, and they just don't tell anybody about it? I feel like one of the Lohmaiers can answer this question for me.
--After last weekend, it's going to be tough to fall back to normalcy. From leaving school early, to the radio, to Pizza Hut, to prom, to Tahous, to party, to Morgan's, to Wendy's, to free fries, to my left testicle being apparent to Jessica, to the sport's banquet, to Tom L. That weekend was amongt the best I've ever had. I hope that I have several more of those in my future.

The Broncos seem to enjoying making me suffer more and more with the signing of some of my all time Bill favorites. Adams has atleast another good year left in him, this coming 2 full years after we let him walk. As for float suggestions I wouldn't mind doing a professional wrestling act, as I think our class is more than qualified to put one together. Get the tables!!!
